After listening to the complaints tabled by the student body and examining the difficulties generated by the socio-political crisis, INDECO in its gracious wisdom has decided to reduce the fees in all levels at Bamenda University Institutes of Science and Technology (BUST). All fess for National students have been reduced by 50,000 Frs and 100,000 Frs for International students. In addition to the limited Scholarship Scheme based on outstanding performance of first year students and transfer students, INDECO has extended financial assistance to some students who hail from geographically and economically-disadvantaged areas
- Certification charge of (100,000 Frs) One hundred thousand francs is paid by the graduating student.
- STUDENT BURSARIES AT BUST
- There exists a limited scholarship scheme for level 100 and transfer students at all levels. This is based on their brilliant performance in the first semester at BUST. It attracts a bursary of 50,000Frs per laureate.
- Students from geographically and economically-disadvantaged areas like Buh, Benahuma, Bum, Fura Awa, Ako, Sabongari, Bassa, Grikora, Sabir, Akwaya, Obang, and Mundemba, who are duly admitted, can send in a formal application which will be considered within the limits of the budget. If the request is positive it will be the same amount as above.

All students, both National and International, are hereby informed that orientation procedures and classes begin in mid-October each year. Not respecting this deadline can incur problems for the students.
